Friday night was TACO NIGHT with Julia. She picked me up from work and we went straight to the South Side to get our evening of bonding started. We took the long route to do some shopping for a dress for a wedding, which she found at Jupe.
By the time we got home, we were ravenous so we got those tacos fired up. She had brought some box of vegan taco mix that was quite excellent. We sat in the back yard with some tunes while the sun waned, plowed through six tacos and a pint of mango sorbet and shared stories about whatever came to mind.
Then I taught her how to french braid.
The only things missing from our truly girly evening were a frozen bra and nail painting.
She looked too adorable in her cream dress and feather earrings NOT to photograph. So here’s my very own ball of sunshine and tacos. Love ya Jill! ;)
