A few weeks ago, my dad yelled at me (Don’t be concerned. That’s just how he talks.) because he said I needed a new bag. He was sick of seeing my favorite yellow bag on the blog every day. I was THAT girl. Truth be told, I still love that bag as much as I did the day I purchased it. But it was time for a new one. Something else to pull into the daily cycle.
This weekend my parents visited and brought with them my belated birthday gift. Take one guess as to what they got for me. They did have a little teensy bit of help.
On a completely unrelated outfit note, The Husband and I went to Ikea yesterday. While looking for a platform bed frame in Aisle 18, Madonna’s “Who’s That Girl?” came on. Honestly, one of my all time favorite Madonna songs. It’s one of those that is never mentioned in her greatest of great songs. Of course, I’ve seen the movie more times than anyone should care to admit. Remember the leopard that loved chicken nuggets? Or the white dress? Or her ridiculously annoying accent? It was her greatest role ever.
