This lovely dress is on loan from the gals at Jupe Boutique. Can I just tell you… I. Love. This. Dress. The shape is classic. The white is fresh. And it fits like a glove.

Oh and in case you didn’t notice, this dress has pockets. I don’t know about you but any formal dress that has pockets is a-okay in my book. It means that the fancy dress you’re about to slip on doesn’t take itself too seriously.
I imagine someone like Jennifer Anniston or Renee Zellweger would wear this dress. The lines are clean and simple so that what you notice is the lovely lady, rather than all of the business she has going on with her clothes. No tugging or adjusting or rehooking required.
Fantasy time! This dress is just the sort of thing I would want to wear to see the magistrate for a quickie, private wedding. Just me and my man and a two minute ceremony.
“Do you?”
“Do you?”
“Fantastic. You’re married. Have a long and happy life together.”
Then we run off to some tropical retreat for some seriously relaxing alone time. Hey, who misses her honeymoon? *points thumbs at chest* THIS GUY.

I swear a silk flower and shimmery bits can dress up a paper bag. Try it. With jeans and t-shirts or shorts and a casual button-down. I think you’ll like it. Of course you could always reserve them for dresses like this too. But who doesn’t love a little fancy in their every day life?
