
As Merl put it, I made my maxi a midi because I’m a mini. This dress actually fits perfectly as a maxi dress on me. I’ve just been digging the midi dresses and skirts lately. I could cut the thing. But that seems so permanent. What about the summer when I’ll want to shuffle along the streets with a flowing maxi and sandals.
No. I couldn’t lose that option.
Instead, I pulled the waist band up above my chest. Cinch with a belt and boom. Midi. No dresses were harmed in the making of this post.
