JCPenney asked me to test out their Assets tights. Assets was created by Sara Blakely, who also created a little brand called Spanx. Ever hear of it?

Truth be told, I’ve never worn Spanx so I wasn’t sure how I was going to feel about a shaping tight. I’ve always assumed my bits would spill out over the top and squeeze out below. Like squeezing a jelly-filled balloon with my fist. {that’s gross}

I was pleasantly surprised when I put on these tights. They were comfortable and smoothed everything out without the awkward skin spillage. I felt like my middle was being hugged, not squeezed. After having a little babe, it’s nice to have a little smoothing in that area. I would recommend these tights to anyone who likes tights. The shaping and smoothing is just a little bonus.
