Walking through a mall is my nightmare on any given day. Toss in the insanity of Black Friday and you can find me planted on my couch with a book. And these days, I’d much rather be spending time with my family at home than in some dreary mall trying to get “the best deals.”
I’d much rather shop local {support your businesses by getting out and shopping on Small Business Saturday!} or online {wanna Cyber (Monday)}.
Thanksgiving is a time to be with the ones you love. And then escape them, yes. But we don’t live forever, people! Time is precious. Do you really want to spend it in your car waiting for stores to open at midnight and then elbowing a bunch of strangers for the very last widget?
